I am a motivated yoga instructor with training in Hatha yoga and kid's yoga. I was fascinated with Yoga during my school years and have been regularly practicing ever since. I believe that the clarity of thought and peace of mind that Yoga brings is something that everyone must enjoy.
I trained to become a Hatha Yoga teacher at Sanapurna Ayurveda & Yoga. I am also a trained (by Cayetana Rodena) kid's Yoga teacher. I believe that practicing asanas regularly opens up your mind and increases your overall awareness.
I enjoy inspiring others to improve their wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals. I take classes for all levels. The classes are focused on alignment, breath, fitness level, and flexibility. The asanas are taught in different forms so everyone will be able to do the pose according to their flexibility and body type.
